We believe that access to local organic foods, a service
not provided in our city of 65,000, will increase the
quality of living for our citizens. Many people feel
this is a quality-of-life issue similar to access to
parks, green spaces, public lands, and cultural
opportunities. High quality foods simply mean better
flavors and food that is better for you. This is one of
the simple pleasures of life.
It’s a lot of fun sitting down to an outstanding meal
made from local organic ingredients. Just knowing that
you have such delicious food in the fridge makes your
day a little better.
